How is the membership validity period calculated?
VIP membership lasts 30 days from the purchase date; SVIP lasts 365 days. Enjoy unlimited access to all prediction features during your membership period.
When does the free quota reset?
Free quota resets monthly on the 1th at 0:00 to 3 attempts. Your membership does not consume this free quota while active.
Will my data be retained after membership expires?
Yes, all your prediction history is permanently saved and available to view at any time. After your membership expires, the free usage limit will be restored.
What payment methods do you support?
Currently supports Alipay (enabled), WeChat Pay, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), UnionPay, and Cloud QuickPass. Other payment methods require configuring the corresponding merchant parameters in the admin dashboard before use.
